Notice Of Public Hearing — Antelope County Planning Commission

The Antelope County Planning Commission previously advertised a public meeting and hearings for Monday, March 21, 2016.  This meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in the Supervisors meeting room at the Antelope County Courthouse beginning at 1:00 pm.  The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties are welcome to attend.
The intent of the two public hearings is to receive public comments regarding 1) a conditional use permit application for PST/Pillen Family Farms for the addition of the NE ¼ & NW ¼ 9-26N-6W, and NE ¼ 10-26N-6W to pump effluent on, the addition of small pivots on the # ½ W ½ of 16-26N-6W and the extension of pumping dates for the NE ¼ 18-26N-, and  2) discuss the possibility of amending the Zoning Regulations pertaining to the 3 acre requirement for residential dwellings.  The Antelope County Zoning Regulations and the PST/Pillen Family Farms’ request may be examined in the office of the Antelope County Clerk or the Zoning Office during normal business hours at any time prior to the public hearing.  All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Antelope County Planning Commission provided such written comments are received by the Commission by 9:00 a.m. on March 29, 2016.  Written comments may be mailed to Antelope County Planning Commission, 501 M Street, Rm. 8, Neligh NE 68756.
