NOTICE OF MEETING
The Antelope County Planning Commission will hold a meeting and Public Hearings on Monday, April 23, 2012 beginning at 8:00 pm at the Antelope County Courthouse in Neligh NE.
The first hearing will be to review a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Ron Beckman for the construction of a commercial storage unit located in the SE 1/4 11-23-7, Antelope County NE.
The second hearing will be to review updates to the Antelope County Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Regulations.
The Conditional use permit and the possible updates to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Regulations may be examined in the office of the Antelope County Clerk or the Zoning Office during normal business hours at any time prior to the public hearings. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearings and/or may file written comments with the planning commission provided such written comments are received prior to close of business Thursday April 19, 2012. Written comments may be mailed to the Antelope County Planning Commission, 501 M. St., Rm 8, Neligh Ne 68756.
An agenda, kept continually current is available for public inspection at the Antelope County Courthouse. It shall not be altered later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
