NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND HEARING
ANTELOPE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Antelope County Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, December 7, 2015 in the Supervisors meeting room at the Antelope County Courthouse beginning at 8:00 pm. An agenda, which is kept continually current, is available at the Zoning Office for public inspection.
Two public hearings will also be held; 1)to review a conditional use permit submitted by Central Valley Ag-Tilden location for the addition of a seed building located in the NE corner of NE ¼ 12-23-5; 2) for Roger Napton/Bar ZZ Ranch & Repair for a truck and trailer repair facility located on two separate tracts of land in the N ½ SW ¼ 5-27-6 & SE ¼ 1-27-7 Antelope County Nebraska.
The conditional use permits may be examined in the office of the Antelope County Clerk or the Zoning Office during normal business hours at any time prior to the public hearing. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Antelope County Planning Commission provided such written comments are received by the Commission prior to close of business December 3, 2015.
