Notice is hereby given that the Elgin Senior Citizens and Community Center will hold its annual meeting and election of three officers on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Center. Voting will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The business meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m.
