NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids can be submitted to the Upper Elkhorn NRD, O’Neill Nebraska for a 40ft x 36ft addition and remodel to the Upper Elkhorn NRD office. Plans and specifications will not be mailed out; they must be picked up at the Upper Elkhorn NRD office. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Upper Elkhorn NRD located at 301 North Harrison, O’Neill NE 68763.
Potential bidders for this project must supply Proof of Certificate of Liability Insurance and must be able to provide bonding under State Statue-52-118, Public building construction; bond required for benefit of laborers, mechanics and suppliers.
Said bids should be submitted to the Upper Elkhorn NRD by 5:00 PM, April 17th, 2013. Bids will be presented to the Upper Elkhorn Board of Directors on April 22, 2013. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
