Eric and Kristy Matson of St. Joseph, Missouri are the parents of a son, Noah Daniel, born July 28 on his grandpa’s birthday. Noah weighed five pounds, five ounces and was 17 inches long. Noah is the couple’s first child.
Grandparents are Marlin and Sharon Matson of Elgin and Janelle Gilpin of Norfolk. Great grandparents are Audrey Mickelson of Elgin and John and Lois Kumm of Brunswick.
