Three former graduates students from the Elgin Area will perform as members of the Northeast Community College Singers Express. Nathan Niewohner, Grady Ramold and Mark Moser are members of the Singers Express which will perform at 14 high schools during the annual spring tour. The concert tour will stop in Elgin on Tuesday, April 20. The concert will begin at 8:20 a.m. at the Elgin High School gymnasium.
