Rae Valley Heritage Association is making preparations for its 27th annual Nebraska State Antique Tractor and Horse Plowing Bee to be held Aug. 22 and 23, 2009 at the Charlie Huisman farm west of Petersburg.
Saturday begins with a consignment auction at 9 a.m. on the north portion of the grounds. Working events and plowing start at 11 a.m., followed by the stock antique tractor pull and tractor games at 12 noon. The tractor pull features four classes of tractors.
