Don and Donna (Mlnarik) Mackel of Elgin will be celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary on Sunday afternoon, June 14.
The Elgin Community Center will be the site for the celebration.
The open house, to be held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday afternoon, will be hosted by their children (and grandchildren) Ste-ve Mackel, Angie and Dave Koziol, Terry and Lori Mackel and Tina and Chris Queen.
The couple requests no gifts please.
The Mackels were married on June 13, 1959 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Ewing.
