NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CLASS C
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR ANTELOPE COUNTRY CLUB
Notice is hereby given that the County Clerk of Antelope County, Nebraska, has been notified by the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission of Lincoln, Nebraska, that an application has been filed with said Commission by Antelope Country Club for a Class C Beer, Wine and Distilled Spirits, On and Off Sale Liquor License, located on the entire 100 acre tract in the NW 1/4 of Section 35, the NE 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of Section 34, all in Township 25 North, Range 6 West of the 6th,P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska. Said application will be considered by the Antelope County Board of Supervisors at a public hearing to be held on April 3, 2012 starting at 9:30 AM in the courthouse annex, Neligh, Nebraska, at which hearing the County Board of Supervisors will receive evidence, either orally or in writing, from the applicant and any other person upon the propriety of the issuance of such license. The County Board of Supervisors of Antelope County, Nebraska will either approve or reject the application and forward notice of their action to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission.
