Authorized the Chairman to sign the resolution to not close the west half of 867 Road between Sections 18 and 19, Eden Township.
Authorized the Chairman to sign the resolution closing 525 Avenue between Sections 15 and 16, Neligh Township.
Discussed compensation for the road employee’s hired prior to the new wage scale, no action taken.
No action taken on hiring a bonding company for the new law enforcement center.
No action taken on the funding for the Antelope County Resource Center.
Reviewed correspondence.
Appointed Gail Wortman to the Antelope County Extension board.
Approved the August 7, 2012, August 14, 2012 and August 21, 2012 regular board minutes.
Reviewed the August miscellaneous fee report, treasurers fund balance report and the county sheriffs fee report.
Appointed Supervisor Schwager as the co-chair for the Tilden North Bridge Project.
No action taken on the John Deere billing for the asphalt recycling machine.
Discussed dismantling the American Legion Club gazebo that sits on the east side of the courthouse parking lot due to the cost of repairs.
Accepted the distress warrant report and the delinquent tax report as submitted by Antelope County Treasurer Sandy Knapp.
Discussed the cost of hauling millings for Clearwater and Orchard Villages.
Approved purchasing 15,000 ton of millings from Werner Construction and paying for them out of the Inheritance fund.
Authorized the county clerk to advertise for bids for the Central Valley Ag road project.
Approved the plans and specifications as prepared by Olsson and Associates and approved by the county highway superintendent for the Central Valley Ag road project.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality Construction Storm Water Notice of Intent and the application to construct access for the Central Valley Ag road project.
Authorized the county clerk to issue a check in the amount of $2,000.00 to the Nebraska Department of Roads for the Performance Guarantee for the Central Valley Ag road project.
