Matt and Ranell Otte of O’Neill announce the birth of their daughter, Laura Catherine, born October 29.
Laura weighed 7lbs 8 1?4 oz. and was 19” long. Laura was welcomed home by her siblings William 10, Emma 7, Anna 5 and Alex 3.
Grandparents are Vincent and Patricia Spieker of Elgin, and David and Lois Otte of Linwood.
Great Grandparents are Leo and Dorothy Dwyer of Elgin, Betty Meier of North Bend, and Esther Otte of Fremont.
