Landlord/Tenant Cash Lease Workshop Set

Cash Rental rates for farmland have nearly doubled in the past six years. Volatility in the grain market is wilder than ever. Landlords want to be treated fairly, yet want to keep their current tenant. Tenants are afraid of losing their rent; yet don’t want to be saddled with rent payments that may not be profitable.

These and other land lease issues will be discussed at Landlord/Tenant Cash lease workshops held State-Wide in November and December of 2011.

The purpose of these work-shops is to help establish and maintain positive farm leasing relationships.
