ELGIN — After serving one year as co-coach, Tina Thiele-Blecher takes over the volleyball program at Elgin High School. Last season she and Kim Zwingman together coached the team. This year, Zwingman will serve as an assistant coach.
Last year the Lady Eagles posted a 4-16 record and hopes are that the team will improve on the victory total this year.
