Kyle Edward Thomas Faust, 25 died Saturday, March 14, 2015 at his home in Elgin, Nebraska.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2015 (today) at St. John’s Catholic Church in Petersburg with Fr. Stan Schmit officiating.
Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery.

Kyle Edward Thomas Faust, the son of Steven A. and Jane M. (Petsche) Faust, was born February 22, 1990 in Omaha, Nebraska.  He was baptized at St. John’s Catholic Church in Petersburg and confirmed at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Albion.
Kyle attended St. John’s elementary school in Petersburg through the sixth grade and received his seventh and eighth grade education at Boone Central Schools.
Kyle attended Elgin Public High School and graduated in 2008.
Following graduation, Kyle enjoyed welding and worked at various jobs around the area including several hog confinements, worked as a farmhand for Morrison Farms at Clearwater, Nebraska, Jerry’s Feed Service in Elgin, and most recently for Sidump’r Trailer in Columbus.
Kyle enjoyed working with cars, especially detailing them, but his greatest love and enjoyment were his two boys, Landon and Bentley.
Surviving Kyle are his two sons: Landon Drake and Bentley Dwayne Faust of Albion; parents: Steve and Jane Faust of Petersburg; one sister: Krystle Buntemeyer and husband Aaron and niece Ella of Kearney, NE; grandmother: Esther Petsche of Petersburg; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins and special friend Tara Vaughan of Elgin.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Edward and Elaine Faust and Lawrence Petsche.
