On Monday afternoon, Jerry's Feed Service in Elgin presented a check totalling more than $745 to the Elgin Chapter of Future Farmers of America. The donation was the result of four months of sales of Pfizer products which the corporation donated a percentage back to the community. FFA Advisor Phillip Simpson said the chapter is very grateful for the donation which will be used to support FFA activities. Both Jerry and Alan Faust said they strongly support FFA.
