Jensen Earns Master’s Degree

Anthony Jensen of Adams, Nebraska was among 800 students who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln at commencement exercises Aug. 12 and 13.

Jensen received a Master of Applied Science degree from Graduate Studies.

John Hibbing, Foundation Regents University Professor of Political Science at UNL, gave the address at the postgraduate degree ceremony on Aug. 12.

John Rosenow, founder and president of the Arbor Day Foundation, gave the address at the baccalaureate ceremony on Aug. 13.

The graduates are from 36 states, the District of Columbia, and 31 countries.

Anthony is the Agricultural Education teacher at Freeman High School in Adams, Nebraska.

A native of Elgin, Jensen serves as FFA Advisor and is assistant football coach.
