Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon for longtime Elgin businessman Richard. B. Huffman.
Richard Belden Huffman, 82, passed away Wednesday, April 8, at the Golden Living Center in Neligh.
Huffman was a World War II veteran who took part in the Philipine Liberation Campaign where he was awarded the CIB and Bronze Star.
