Four-Wheeler Picnic Held

Approximately 20 people attended the Dwyer’s Four-Wheeler Picnic last week. People began arriving around 6 p.m., then hopped on 4-wheelers and headed out into the sandhills prairie about four miles.  There were no cars, no noise – just peace and quiet.  They arrived at their designation, a spot next to Eagle Hill (marked with a giant American Flag), Mark Dwyer had a square nicely mowed for the picnic.  A tent had been set up to allow everyone to enjoy hors d’ourves and cocktails. The prairie grass was lush and green and dotted with flowering Yuccas! After dusk, everyone headed back to the ranch for a cookout, headlights weaving single file through the mist. Photo submitted
