The Elgin Volunteer Fire Department (EVFD) recently announced that they have opened an account at the Bank of Elgin for those wanting to help with the costs of the new equipment building.
Altogether, $1,320 was received last week. New donations were received from Marjorie Kloepper, Mardelle Blair, Gene & Mary Jane Boes, Dale & Kathy Buelt, Freda Bennett, Leo & Dorothy Dwyer, Evelyn Pelster, and “Anonymous.”
The new total is $25,143 collected from donations so far.
