BUTTE — Coming into Friday night’s game, the EPPJ Wolfpack were determined to get back in the win column. They did so in a big way, thrashing West Boyd 48 to 12 in a game which was decided by halftime.
Evening their record at 2-2, the Wolfpack again displayed the tenacity which was clearly evident earlier in the season when they blew out Fullerton.
“Our team continues to evolve each week,” Coach Carlie Wells said after the victory. “I believe each game our kids are learning and getting better. As for our game against West Boyd, our kids played more aggressive which helped us on both sides of the ball.”
