Tony and Nicole Levander of Elgin are the parents of a daughter, Emily Ann, who was born March 19, 2012 at the Boone County Health Center in Albion.
She weighed seven pounds, six ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Paul and Deb Kyncl, Ron and Mary Levander, all of Albion.
Great grandparents are Lyla Levander, Howard and LaVonne Mills, all of Albion.
