Librarian Joyce Sullivan announced last week that new hours of operation on Mondays and Wednesdays are now in effect at the Elgin Public Library. The hours were changed to better accomodate patrons. Effective immediately, Monday hours are now 5 to 7 pm. Wednesday hours will now be from 1 to 7 pm. Hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays will remain the same – 1 to 5 pm.
