A Blue Rock Shoot sponsored by the Elgin FFA will be held Sunday, Sept. 9. The event, to be held at the Antelope Shooters Club, will begin at 1 p.m. with the trophy round scheduled to get underway at approximately 2:30 p.m.
Open to everyone, there will be three divisions: junior (15 years of age and under), senior (16 to 18) and open. There will also be Annie Oakley shoots and Flurry shoots.

The shoot is being sponsored by Pizza Hut, Subway, The Station and Elgin One-Stop.
Also, the FFA Hired Hand Auction will be held on Friday, Sept. 7 at the conclusion of the football game.
