Elgin Chamber/Community Club Eyes Future Activities

Flags, food, money and things that go bump in the night dominated discussion at the Monday night Elgin Chamber of Commerce/Community Club.

With nearly twenty members in attendance, a variety of topics were tossed about at the regular meeting held at The Steel Steed. Following the Prime Rib Sandwich meal, the meeting was opened by Vice President Jeremy Young reviewing items discussed at the August meeting.

Members were reminded of the First Dollar presented to new members, Coffeehouse Café. It is hoped that Patriot Tattoo will be able to be presented their certificate at the October meeting.

Minor discussion was held concerning the Q125 meeting held at the beginning of the month. The steering committee should be holding their next meeting within the next few weeks.
