The District #18 Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Monday, Jan. 9.
On the agenda is consultation with a representative from the Nebraska Association of School Boards (NASB) regarding the upcoming search for a superintendent to replace Steve Dennis who last month submitted his resignation effective at the end of June 2012.
NASB was selected to assist the school district with the search at a special meeting held last month.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the distance learning room at the high school and is open to the public.
