Jeramy G. Maddux, 35 of Albion, NE  passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Levander Funeral Home in Albion, NE, with Pastor Scott Wiles officiating.
Memorials are suggested to a college fund that has been established for Jeramy’s children at Ericson State Bank.

Jeramy Gordon Maddux, son of Dan Gordon and Mary Frances (Akerman) Maddux, was born Sept. 19, 1977 at Oklahoma City, OK. He was raised and attended school at Marlow and Duncan, OK. He started working for an electrical contractor and traveled regularly for work, ending up in Albion, NE in 2007.
On Dec. 18, 2008, Jeramy married Traci Anne Shaw at Albion, NE. The couple made their home in Albion. Jeramy continued doing electrical work for a short time before getting involved with driving pilot cars, and later he and Traci started their own company, AM Pilot and Escort Service LLC.
Jeramy enjoyed traveling, taking vacations, family BBQ’s, good home cooking, spending time with his nieces and nephews, and most of all spending time with his children.  Family was his number one priority.
He is survived by his wife Traci and son Aidan of Albion; daughter Tarryn Shaw of Bartlett, NE; his father: Dan Maddux of Oklahoma City, OK; two sisters: Danielle Maddux of Oklahoma City, OK; Katrina Nelson of Duncan, OK; step-mother: Karen Coleman of Marlow, OK; step-brother: Juan Reyes of Lawton, OK; step-sister: Katherine (Michael) Dodd of Duncan, OK; paternal grandmother Mary Elwood of Marlow, OK; great-grandmother Ruby Cole of Marlow, OK; special aunt and uncle JoAnn (Roy) Stringfellow of Marlow, OK; special cousin Miranda Stringfellow of Oklahoma City, OK; parents-in-law: Tom (Sue) Shaw of Bartlett, NE; sister-in-law: Tory (Dave) Durre of Elgin, NE; special friend: Anne Ryding of O’Neill, NE; along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Jeramy was preceded in death by his mother; a brother in infancy; his maternal grandparents; his paternal grandfather; and a nephew.
