The Elgin Community Club looked ahead to upcoming events during Monday night’s meeting held at the Steel Steed Steakhouse & Saloon.
Club members signed up for activities during the meeting which was led by new president Duane Esau.
Esau told club members the next activity planned for the club will be the annual Easter Egg Hunt. The event, weather permitting, will be held Saturday, March 23 at Elgin City Park. Club members provide Easter Eggs full of candy and other items for the children to find and enjoy.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to an indoor location.
