With the Easter holiday rapidly approaching, the Elgin Chamber of Commerce/Community Club has announced more details about the upcoming Easter Egg Hunt.
This year’s egg hunt will be held Saturday, March 27, beginning at 11 a.m. on the south side of Elgin City Park.
Just as in past years, different sections of the park will be divided for specific age groups.
Chamber members have donated candy prizes for the event. Filled Easter eggs should be returned to Dean’s Market.
As in past years, Great Plains Communications will be giving away special prizes for special eggs found during the hunt.
In case of bad weather, the egg hunt will be moved to the Knights of Columbus Hall. .
