Farm Service Agency (FSA) Acting State Executive Director, Doy Unzicker announced last week that family farmers in three counties are eligible to apply for low interest Emergency (EM) loans due to physical losses caused by hail, high winds, and tornadoes that occurred on March 23, 2009.
The eligible counties are: Hamilton, Lancaster, and Nance.
