Community members would like to know if there is enough interest from the public in purchasing a Elgin history book covering the last 25 years (since the centennial history book). This book would cover changes in Elgin’s businesses, “recent” history and contain family updates/photos that families would be submitting over the summer.
The committee will try to keep the purchase price around $50. The final book size will determine the final cost.
