Budget Hearing Minutes
September 6, 2011
Mayor Schmitt opened the budget hearing on Tuesday, September 6, 2011; at 9:06 p.m. Council members present were Shirley Nissen, Don Mackel and Jim Kittelson. Councilman Kenny Jochum was absent.
Also present was Don E. Poulsen and Vicki S. Miller.
The Council reviewed the 2011; 2012 budget.
There was no public opinion.
A motion was made by Nissen to approve the additional one percent increase to the budget. A second to the motion was made by Mackel. Roll call vote should all members voting aye, with Councilman Jochum absent. There being three ayes, no nays and one absent, Mayor Schmitt declared the motion passed and adopted.
A motion was made by Mackel to adopt the 2011; 2012 budget. A second to the motion was made by Kittelson. Roll call vote should all members voting aye, with Councilman Jochum absent. There being three ayes, no nays and one absent, Mayor Schmitt declared the motion passed and adopted.
Mayor Schmitt adjourned the Budget Hearing at 9:15 p.m.
