The District #18 Board of Education approved a bid for improvements to be made to the new parking lot on the west side of the high school.
At the special meeting held Thursday night, board members accepted the bid of $6,535 from Schmitt Construction to create a 24-foot wide driveway, make necessary drainage improvements and add a five-foot wide by 85-foot long sidewalk on the south end of the property.
