August 16 to be First Day of Classes for PJCC/St. Boniface Elementary

Two schools inside one building.
Friday, Aug. 16, will mark the first day of classes for students at Pope John XXIII Central Catholic and St. Boniface Elementary, all under one roof.
Since the final day at St. Boniface Elementary School last May, school personnel along with volunteers have been working to move to classrooms in the Pope John building.
The efforts will culminate on the first day of the new school year.
Students in grades K-12 will notice no changes in faculty members. All faculty from one year ago have returned.
Students will have a full day of classes, beginning on Aug. 16. School will run from 8:05 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
An open house for parents and students will be held on Monday, Aug. 12, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
According to Principal Betty Getzfred, the Wolfpack Fall Sports Kick Off will be held Thursday evening, Aug. 22. A grill out will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Wolfpack football field. Free will donations will be accepted at the event.
