The Pope John XXIII Central Catholic Quiz Bowl team won the ESU#8 Quiz Bowl on Wednesday, March 9th. There were 22 area teams in the competition held in Neligh. By winning the tournament the team qualified for the state competition to be held on April 27 at 1:00 pm in Holdrege, NE.
