Those responding to roll call: Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager. Bolling and Brandt appeared later.
Reviewed correspondence.
Appointed members to the Crawford Township board.
Approved the permit to move structure.
Discussed hiring a custodian for the courthouse.
Approved the October 7, 2014, October 14, 2014, November 3, 2014 and November 10, 2014 regular board minutes and the October 7, 2014 and November 10, 2014 Board of Equalization minutes.
Authorized the county clerk to transfer funds between the Road and Bridge and the Inheritance funds.
Authorized the chairman to sign the resolution amending the employee’s Flexible Benefits Plan.
Reviewed the One and Six Year Road Program for 2015.
Authorized the chairman to sign the resolution closing that portion of 842 Road between 521 Avenue and Highway 14, Elgin Township.
