Patrick Dwyer

Patrick Joseph Dwyer passed away Oct. 29 in Aurora, CO. Funeral services were at St. Michael the Archangel Church in Aurora on November 6, 2014.
Patrick was born on January 15, 1949.
He was the oldest son of Leo and Dorothy (Buelt) Dwyer. He attended rural school Dist. # 3 in Wheeler Co. for grades 1 through 8th and St. Boniface High School for 9-12th grades, graduating in 1967.
Patrick attended Wayne State College before enlisting in the United States Air Force.
During his four years of sevices he was stationed in England. After his service he lived in Omaha for a short time before moving to Aurora, CO.
In 1970 he married Judy Josten. To this union 4 children were born. Rev. Fr. Curtiss Dwyer in the Navy and currently serving in the Prusian Gulf, Gina (Jason) Eidinger of Grand Junction, CO, Nora (Dave) Bonfoey of Thorton, CO and Carl (Sara) Dwyer of Platteville, CO.
Patrick is survived by his father and step-mother, Leo and Dorothy of Elgin. Two brothers, Matthew (Jan) Dwyer of Hastings and Michael (Mary) Dwyer of Bartlett. Three sisters, Sheila (Patrick) Clark of Birdseye, IN, Patricia (Vincent) Spieker of Elgin and Bridget Dwyer of Jasper, IN. Three step sisters Deb (Mike) Hoffman, Bloomfield, NE, Dee (Gary) Walter of Columbus, and Darla (Dan) Schiefelbein of Columbus. Seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceeded in death by his mother, Dorothy and Brooke a step-neice.
