Reviewed the clerk of the district court June fee report.
Approved the June 3, 2014, June 10, 2014 and June 24, 2014 board minutes.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Annual Certification for the Highway Street and Bridge Buyback Program.
Received the 2nd quarter office report from the Veterans Service officer.
Authorized the chairman to sign the resolution placing the question of discontinuing the township form of government and going to a 5 commissioner form of government on the General Election ballot.
Held a public hearing regarding vacating or closing 517th Avenue between Sections 31 and 32 of Royal Township; voted to leave the road open.
Held a public hearing regarding vacating or closing a portion of 842nd Road between 521st Avenue and Highway 14, Elgin, Township; voted to close the road.
Approved the special designated liquor license for Elgin Community Club.
