“Weather has done everything possible to minimize our early season practice, something that was valuable for our young team this year,” said Coach Jake Sladky.
“I have been very impressed with the improvement of our team as the year has progressed.  We have been improving week by week, and have been shooting lower and lower scores at competitions.  Finishing 3rd at both the Ewing Invite and the Scotus Invite (Watson Division) have been a great confidence boost for us, and we hope to take those scores even lower for NVC and Districts as the year continues.”
Competing in the ‘Jack Nicklaus’ division were teams from Bishop Neumann, Hastings St. Cecilia, Lakeview, Loganview, Norfolk, Norfolk Catholic, Scotus Green, Waverly, Wayne and York.
