NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Bids will be received from Subcontractors for Bid Package “B”: Site Work, Architectural & Engineering Disciplines, for a new Antelope County Law Enforcement Center, in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Prochaska & Associates, 11317 Chicago Circle, Omaha, Nebraska  68154-2633.
Proposals for Bid Package “B” shall be received on behalf of Antelope County (the Owner) by the Construction Manager, until 2:00 P.M. Local Time  on the 19th day of September, 2013 at the office of RaDec Construction, P.O. Box 667, 308 N Broadway St., Hartington, NE  68739.  Phone: (402) 254-3345, or Fax: (402) 254-2245.  Bids will be opened privately and tabulated. All work shall be coordinated under the management of the Construction Manager.  A Schedule of Sub-bid packages under Bid Package “B” has been provided for the Project Manual by the Construction Manager.  Bid Package “A” documents, which bid on August 8th, are contained in the present package for reference.
Bids received after the given time will not be accepted.
The Project will consist of a new one-story structure with mechanical mezzanine, totaling approximately 13,353sf, and related Site Work.

There is no Pre-bid meeting/walk-through scheduled; however, subcontractors are encouraged to visit the site.
Bidding Documents may also be obtained from Prochaska & Associates (contact information above) from 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, upon payment of a deposit in the amount of $100.00 per set.  Checks are to be made payable to Antelope County.  Deposits will be returned upon the return of plans, specifications and all addenda in good condition within fourteen (14) days after the bid opening, and to the Construction Manager.
The Owner and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any or all informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
