Those responding to roll call: Brandt, Kerkman, Baker and Schwager.  Williby appeared later.  Henery and  Bolling absent.  Antelope County Assessor Heather McWhorter and Deputy County Assessor Kelly Mueller were also present.
LTP Farms, LLC protest for parcel 000573300 was reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation of no change due to land valued according to market; total land value 330,955.
Ronald and JoAnn Beckman protest for parcel 000533300 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation to lower the equipment building and mini warehouse storage sheds due to misclassification, quality and depreciation; total building value 248,715.00 .
Eugene Kohls protest for parcel 000712200 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation of no change due to land valued according to market; total land value 118,595.
