NOTICE OF INCORPORATION OF CJB TRUCKING, INC.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska Business Corporation Act, Notice of the Incorporation is hereby given as follows:
1. The name of the corporation is CJB TRUCKING, INC.
2. The address of the registered office of the corporation is 400 Oak Street; Elgin, NE 68636 and the name of the registered agent at such address is Christopher J. Beckman.
3. The general nature of the business to be transacted by the corporation shall be to engage in any activity and business permissible under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
