The Antelope County Board of Supervisors will meet on Wednesday, Jan. 2.

• 9:15 AM Galen Furstenau/jail facility
• Agreement and Notice to Proceed A&R Construction/Central Valley Ag Project
• Correspondence
• Rescinding motion to build a 30 bed jail facility
• Designate the official county newspapers for 2013
• Interlocal Maintenance Agreement between the Village of Oakdale and the County/Brandt
• Authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement between the State of Nebraska and Antelope County to tie out and remonument land survey corners for the Creighton South Highway Project
• Approval of the annual report from the UNL Extension office
• Application for permit to place a permanent phone line beneath 846 Road/Northeast Nebraska Telephone Company
• Application for permit to place a permanent electric line beneath 862 Road/Mark Filkins
• Clerk of the District Court November fee report
• Authorize the chairman to sign the Commercial Guaranty papers for Pinnacle Bank and the Antelope County Agricultural Society
The meeting, to be held at the Antelope County Courthouse, is open to the public.
