88th Annual Bazaar — By The Numbers

The 88th annual St. Boniface Thanksgiving Bazaar had some big numbers. They served 1266 dinners and 124  carry-outs for a total of 1390  noon meals, an increase of 163 from one year ago.
Grand Prize winner for the Toshiba Laptop Computer was Tyler Childers of Elgin.
The $500 Visa Gift Card was won by Andrew Nathan of Norfolk. St. Boniface Quilter’s quilt was won by Julie Dwyer of Bartlett.
A breakdown of the food served follows: 41 Turkeys, 565 lbs of Sausage, 27 gallons of Kraut, 14 batches of Dressing, 45 gallons of Corn, 18 gallons of  Cranberries, 1,250 pieces of Pies and Desserts, 15 gallons of Jello-salad, and 1,400 Dinner rolls.
