Tansie and Justin Derner of Burns, Wyo., are the proud parents of a baby girl, Teigen Rose Derner. She was born November 12, 2012 and weighed 8 pounds and four ounces. She was 20.5 inches long. She joins her sisters Rachel and Rebecca.
