Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Schwager, Baker, Williby, Henery and Kerkman.
Discussed funding of the Antelope County Resource Center, no action taken.
Approved co-sponsoring the Tire Amnesty Program with the City of Neligh.
Reviewed correspondence.
No action taken on job descriptions.
Discussed purchasing and upgrading the radios for the road department, no action taken.
Approve the October 2, 2012 and October 9, 2012 regular board and the October 2, 2012 Board of Equalization minutes.
Approved three permits to place permanent pipelines beneath various roads in Cedar Township.
Authorized the chairman to sign the resolution for the purchase of the Case Payloader.
Approved the permit to place permanent phone lines within the county right of way.
Reviewed the clerk of the district court October fee report.
Authorized the county highway superintendent to proceed with the Tilden North Project and replace the bridge with a box culvert.
Authorized the county highway superintendent to conduct a road closing study to close 526 Avenue between 863 Road and 864 Road, Ellsworth Township.
Awarded the Central Valley Ag Road Project to A&R Construction along with the alternate project.
Discussed the agreement with Central Valley Ag for the reimbursement of the Central Valley Ag Road Project costs, no action taken.
Heard from several Antelope County citizens regarding the new jail facility.
Approved paying for the repairs to the Fire South radio from the General Fund.
Antelope County Sheriff Robert Moore read a letter from the jail committee regarding the new jail facility.
Supervisors Henery, Williby and Schwager conducted the 4th quarter jail inspection.
