Approved paying for the new Payloader from the Road and Bridge fund.
Approved two township freeholder bonds.
Reviewed the following reports for September: miscellaneous fees, treasurers fund balances, sheriff’s fees and the clerk of the district court fees.
The Veteran Service Officer presented his 3rd quarter report.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Maximus certification statement and the letter requesting reimbursement.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Child Support Enforcement Subgrant Agreement.
Authorized JEO Consulting Group to conduct the county’s bridge inspections.
Authorized the transfer of the bridge stored at the Neligh barn to the City of Leigh.
Opened the bid proposals for the 516th Avenue Roadway Improvement Project; tabled until November 5, 2012.
Reviewed the summary appraisal report for the Tilden North Bridge Project; no action taken.
Authorized the county attorney to send a letter to the Antelope County Resource Center regarding the county funding.
Met with representatives from Prochaska and Associates regarding the new jail facility.
