David J. Madsen was born on January 17, 1940 and passed away on August 16, 2012.
He was preceded in death by parents, Edward and Claire Madsen; brothers, Jerry and Bill Madsen; brother in law, Dodi Holz.
Madsen is survived by children and spouses, Edward and Angela Madsen, Robert and Lisa Madsen, Barbara and Thomas Worster; grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Treven, Kayla, Mary, Robert, Michael; sisters and brothers in law, Sharon and Bruce Gill, Linda Holz; numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held Monday, August 20, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, Omaha, Ne.
A funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 22 (today), at 2 p.m. at Huffman-Levander Funeral Home in Elgin. Interment will be at St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery.
