Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager. Antelope County Assessor Heather McWhorter and Deputy County Assessor Kelly Mueller were also present.
Dana Sheridan protest for parcel 000045200 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation of no change.
John Fuchtman protest for parcel 000398700 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation to increase waste acres and lower land value to 241,790.
Brett M. Morrison protest for parcel 000610101 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation to add omitted bins and value property at 1,073,330.
Frank C. Morrison protest for parcel 000610000 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation to lower the improvement value to 395,520.
Wade Pitzer protest for parcel 000432801 reviewed; accepted the county assessor’s recommendation of no change.
