Residents Need To Heed City Snow Parking, Cleaning Policies

All Elgin residents are reminded to remove their vehicles from the streets when it snows, so the City can clean the streets  properly. Also, all residents are responsible for the proper clearing of their sidewalks and driveways of snow and ice.
